There's nothing on the internet at all, that I could locate, about this very unique cafeteria-style French Restaurant. My recollection is that Caf Casino first appeared in the Phoenix area in mid-late 1976 or early 1977; the one I visited, and observed being constructed from the ground up, was on MetroCenter Drive, across from the MetroCenter Mall, in northwest Phoenix.
